Trulia Lead Inbox Next: Internal Dashboard »

Consumers sent a lot of emails to agents, but many of these emails went unreceived due to certain inaccuracies. This lead inbox would aggregate all consumer emails sent to the agent, so no communication was lost and both parties would have better user satisfaction.

Details: This was a quick to design, but lengthy to code project. Once everyone agreed on final functionality, we came up with 3 phases of implementation.
