Internal User Dashboard Next: Trulia Local Ads »
As Trulia's customer service team grew and received more client requests, we had to design an internal dashboard to help process all requests more efficiently.
Dashboard needed to be a simple to use, one stop source, where our CS reps could get info about the client calling in with a question. Existing dashboard, was a single unorganized white page, that lacked in crucial data.
Details: I gathered insight from CS team as to what data they needed, when dealing with clients. Then, met with our engineering team, to figure out what data was available and what new data they could pull.
